How to buy?
For physical products
Add product in your cart, click on the “Proceed to checkout”. Your billing details: Name – your full name, all field of address – your delivery address, Phone – your contact phone number, it is necessary for the postal service, they request it for to be able to contact you in the event of a failed delivery attempt. Click on the “Proceed to PayPal”. Preparation of the order begins after payment is received. The processing times are indicated in the product informatiom.
For digital products
Add product in your cart, click on the “Proceed to checkout”. Your payment details: Name – your full name, all field of address – you can write any valid address, Phone – this is only necessary for physical products. Click on the “Proceed to PayPal”. Download link will be sent to you after receiving the payment and also will be available in Downloads in your account. Please note that there is only one download limit for each file.

How to pay?
You can pay for your order via PayPal.
If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can
create a new one before you pay. If you don’t want to create an account, you can pay using a debit or credit card.
Am I responsible for possible customs fees?
Yes, you will be responsible for all the possible taxes and / or customs fees your country may charge for importing goods. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Julie Malic has no control over these charges, nor can Julie Malic predict what they may be.Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. All Julie Malic products are made in and shipped from Bat Yam, Israel.
Is paying for the products I order using Paypal safe?
Yes, very. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won’t receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.
The price of my cart changes when I go the checkout.
Our shop’s main currency is American Dollar (USD). PayPal will convert the currency to yours depending on the day’s exchange rate.
Do you offer Afterpay?
We don’t offer Afterpay. PayPal lets you safely pay using your credit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account, and their security systems are the most sophisticated and protected out of all the online payment service providers.
Shipping & Returns
Tracking.
You will receive a tracking number only once your goods have been shipped. Depending on the pieces ordered and the area we are sending to, shipping is generally quoted as being between 10 – 40 business days. Most parcels arrive within 20 – 30 business days. We use delivery services that provide full live online tracking. We have no way of knowing whether a particular country or parcel will or will not attract import fees, and we can not be held responsible for such costs. We do everything in our power to avoid our customers attracting extra charges, but this is beyond our control and responsibility. If you are concerned about incoming taxes please consult the import / customs agency of your country for further information. For shipping to Israel please provide name & address in English including both Zip Code. For all shipping please include your contact phone number so that the courier may contact you if there are any problems with delivery. Delays can be avoided by tracking you shipment. Returns can be mailed back to Israel at your cost it
- The goods have been unused and are in ‘as new’ condition.
- The goods have been delivered no more than 1 week prior.
- No returns or exchanges will be offered for goods purchased “on sale” or discounted offer.
- Refund must be agreed to before the item is mailed back.
- No exchange is offered. Goods shall be refunded only then other items repurchased if required.
- Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for: custom or personalised orders and digital downloads.
